The Pintxos Podcast stems from my interest in Galicia’s trilingual education system and how that might inform other plurilingual forms of education around the world. In this show, my students and I discuss everything from cultural differences between Spain and the U.S. to plurilingualism on campus to my confusion about how to spell Galician words. There’s always more to learn, and I hope The Pintxos Podcast fosters more of this healthy type of “linguistic questioning” in its listeners.
